The Maxi tray is simply a large polyethelene tray into which an everyday pallet is cut in half and placed into the tray to allow oil drums to be stored in a contained area. The size of the tray is 1300 x 650 x 180 and is capable of storing 2 x 205 litre drums. The current rulings by the EPA and local councils is that any bunded area must retain 110% volume of the largest container.
To comply with Tidy Trays has designed a simple connecting system which allows you to inter-connect the Maxi Tray so that in theory you could run these right along a wall or around corners if desired. If for instance you lost the entire contents of 205 litres the liquid would balance out between two or more Maxi Trays. This system enables you to use the Maxi Trays in any shape or floor design of your workshop. Another environmentally friendly solution from Tidy Trays.
This product is also useful under bulk oil units to catch excess spillage. The uses for the Maxi Tray are endless, such as truck and heavy equipment service, chemical plants, sumps and pits and storage of new and old batteries - the Maxi Tray can be cut down to any size.
Also available is a Removable Ramp for assisting in getting 60 ltr drum trolleys on to trays, keeping in-line with OHS requirements.
